We built a secure agent portal that answers those questions the moment they’re asked. Each agent logs in to a live view of their sales pipeline: orders placed, installs confirmed and pending, estimated versus confirmed commission, and exactly what next payday looks like — scoped by pay period, with a full history. Owners get a team-wide view with per-agent filtering, knock tracking against goals, and performance rates at a glance.
The part that saves the most time is invisible: the app ingests weekly carrier reports automatically, matches every order to the right agent, applies the correct commission by product tier, and tracks each sale from order through install to payout. What used to be a weekly spreadsheet ritual now happens on its own.
It’s a custom PHP and MySQL application — hardened login, role-based access separating agents from owners, and a responsive dark UI that matches the company brand. Built once for one fee, running on managed hosting for a flat annual cost.
